How do I change the day of the week on Timex WR 50m? The setting cycles through hour, minutes, seconds, month and date but I cannot get to the day of the week.

I hope you find this tip helpful! Turning off alarm on wr 50m sports watch (4 buttons)
Look at your watch to see if the alarm (shaped like a bell) and hour chime (shaped like a pacman) are displayed.

If Both are displayed:

Hold down the Adjust button and press the start/stop button twice

If the Hour Chime is only displayed:

Hold down the adjust button and press the start/stop button three times

Purchase watchbands for the timex 1440 sport

My son's watch (WR 50M) broke... so I have a strap, if you'd like it.
He loved this watch and it would cost about the price of a new one to repair, so I'm buying him a new one. He's had the same watch for years... bless, huh?
If you anywhere I can purchase another WR 50M - 1440 Timex, I'd be most grateful.

I need a operation manual for my timex Expedition indiglo WR 50M watch.I couldn't able to set the digital timings of my watch (since watch contain both dial and digital timing)

Use the numbers on the back of your watch and you will have a PDF version of your instruction manual.

I had the same problem, and could not find any answers on timex.com. After you place the battery in and it begins to beep, push all four buttons in at the same time. This should "reset" the watch -- at least it did for me.

Here is the user manual to the watch

In this particular model:
1) Holding mode key for 2 secs will enter the adjustment mode.
2) Press mode button one more time to get to "time adjustment",and then use the "start/stop" and "set" keys to adjust the time as usual.
