If you have a Microsoft Office install disk, put it in and select only Outlook. If you want to install on a machine without a CD drive, copy the disk onto a USB memory stick and install from that.

Hi, u seems to have lost your account access. Sometimes it happens to most of the guy due to previously saved passwords.

All you have to clear the cache and cookies of the website by pressing CTRL + F5. Else you can try from other devices too.

If you are still unable to find the way, then head over to this blog for solution:

I am unable to install windows XP. is it possible to install windows XP along with the Windows 7 that is already installed........ suggest me asap

If you want to have both windows 7 and windows xp installed on your computer, it is advisable that you first install windows xp. You should allways install the oldest windows version first. To install windows XP on your computer you need the installation cd. Boot your computer with the Windows XP installation cd, maybe you have to enter bios to set cd to boot first. Let me now if you need more information.

I reloaded vista and now have microsoft outlook but want outlook express and can not find it on my PC, (gateway GT5228)

Microsoft Outlook Express does not have its own setup program. Outlook Express is distributed as the mail client for Microsoft Internet Explorer. The Internet Explorer setup program includes the option to install Outlook Express. So, download IE latest version and install OE in it.

I have Microsoft Outlook Web Access, running with VISTA and IE 7. I can't type in the body of emails. There is an 'x' in the body space. Can someone help me change settings so as to write in the body?

Try this Solution on your desktop PC:
1. In Outlook Web Access [OWA] , click on the "options" in the left Task Pane.

2. Under “E-mail Security” and Click Install or Upgrade the S/MIME Control. This will download a new add-on.

3. Click “RUN” when asked about the Microsoft Outlook Web Access S/MIME install and security warning.

4. Close and RESTART IE7

If the above trick still doesn't work then it more sounds like the Exchange server needs a patch
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=41275DEC-4C01-4C41-AA64-C9DBE5EA3F7E&displaylang=en
[path to the patch]
If you by chance happen to maintain the exchange server then install the above patch and restart exchange service

or check this site for reference:

Good luck :)

My outlook 2007 is closing!

  1. On the Help menu, Try Office Diagnostics --> Continue --> Start Diagnostics
  2. If not , best way is to reinstall outlook, goto add/remove programs and select Microsoft Office, then Install/Uninstall; A menu will pop allowing you to choose repair or reinstall.
A reinstall will do it!!

Our Outlook Express has vanished from our computer. Can you tell us why and what we can do to re-install it. Thank you, Norman Crites

Click start, Click RUN, type: msimn.exe, Press <ENTER> outlook express should open. If it does, then you can create a new shortcut on the desktop by Right Clicking the blank desktop, Click NEW, Click Shortcut, type the path: "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" then finish the wizard.

If msimn.exe give an error, the go to add/remove programs, Click Add/remove Windows Components, Check the checkbox next to Outlook Express, Click Next and finish the wizard (You may be prompted for your Windows XP CD)

If you are using Windows Vista, it doesn't include Outlook Express, Vista uses Windows Mail for the default mail handler.

How do I copy address book and calendar from Tungsten E to Outlook?

In order to synchronize with Outlook you need to setup the replication to be with Outlook instead of Palm Desktop. On you cd there should be a third party piece of software (Chapura). Install the required software and follow the instructions.

Synch question

If you have PocketMirror from Chapura (included with certain Palm handhelds), you can choose to install conduits that synchronize MS Outlook with the handheld applications Date Book, Address Book, To Do List, and Memo Pad. You can choose to synchronize these applications with either Palm Desktop or Microsoft Outlook, but not both. If you want to synchronize with Microsoft Outlook, DO NOT install Palm Desktop from the Web. Instead, run the Palm Desktop installer from the CD that came with your handheld and select the option "Synchronize with Microsoft Outlook" when the choice appears. Visit www.PocketMirror.com for more information about Chapura(R) PocketMirror.
