Pictures are a big help. but the best idea is a bad shaft seal and a bad run capacitor, or bearings. bring it to your local pool pump motor repair guy with free testing and have it checked

Waterway 48 frame 2 speed motor runs fine on low but runs for a short time on high then trips the breaker. Does this motor have a start and run capacitor and could that be the problem?

Oil leaked out of pump and it wont work

....what kind of pump do you have? house pumps dont require oil. IF it really is oil, add some more into a reservoir, although its probably shot by now. More than likely its electrical parts overheated and melted leaked out. Either way you need to replace it.
