There's more than one fan.
When the fan motor is energized, try helping it turn if the fan moves freely and not frozen bearings. If the fan takes off rotating, then it has a bad capacitor. If the fan motor growls, bad bearings and must be replaced.
You can pull the fan section out and take it to an electric motor shop and they fix it, you then reinstall the fan section or blower.

Easy for me, yes. Easy for all, No. If you get the factory part and pay attention the toughest thing is likely getting the blade off without damaging. If you get an aftermarket motor your wire colors change and capacitor size likely does as well. You will then need some experience or know how of what you are doing. Good Luck, buy the motor from the factory if doing yourself.

Outdoor fan wont run, checked continuity good

Check power to f.motor. If not, check contactor relay is energizing. If not replace relay. Rotate manually, if hard, replace bearing or motor. If easy to rotate, but less rpm, replace capacitor. Thanks.

My AC unit comes on, but the fan doesn't work or blow air

Hi,
The condenser fan motor has gone bad... this is a very common problem. Find the specs. on the side of the motor and then get a replacement from Goodman or from a company like www.grainger.com
The fan motor is rather easy to replace, the worst part is getting the fan blades off of the shaft of the old motor. Use WD-40 and be patient...

Coleman AC compreser work but fan dont

If the selector switch is broken, you need to replace that first. This will cause the fan not to come on if there is an open in it. After replacing the switch, if you still have to fan operation, it is possible that you have a bad fan capacitor, part# 1499-5461, or a bad fan motor, part# 14683099. Replace the capacitor first before spending the money on a motor. An easy way to check is to see if you can start the fan motor by hand while turning it on a the selector switch. If the motor starts this way, replace the capacitor.

Hope this helps,

Jeff
