I need help fixing my tcl roku tv, backligth works but no video is on the screen. Screen lights up and I have sound but cant do anything after that

It sounds like the video output isn't
working its most likely a component
failure 1 thing you could try is connecting
a rca cables from video/audio out on the set to
another set vid/audio inputs to see if it the video gets
through.This is a problem that requires technical
knowledge and test equipment to trace the video
signeal

That problem is caused by the Y Sustainer board.

LCD TV?
There are two places to look for the problems, the backlight inverter board and the power supply. Look at the power supply first since it is easier to get to, look for burnt parts, bad capacitors, etc. Look for 5vdc, 12vdc, and 24dvc.

Go to page [99] of it user manaul. You can see adjustments to make key lock OFF.
