How to delete microsoft account and install new account

AIO are junk sure.

there are 2 issues here,
1: do you have a MS account? yes /no?
2: if yes, ask them MS how to delete your account. it is easy.
google how to delete my MS account. (millions ask a day)
3: of no live.com MS account at all , that if you windows login looks like username xyz123
and not [email protected] Or outlook.com or x360.com
then it is not a Microsoft account locked in password but is what we call local. account.
4: if local account there is 2 ways, I never do this but here is the answer,
a: in control panel, click users, and delete them all 1 by 1.
I bet the last one refuses (IDK ) last admin refuses, due to running now, like shooting your horse while riding him (texas humor)
b: boot the PC and hammer F11, this invokes the magic windows HP full recovery. (F11 run fresh w10 install)
do that and its like new.

I answered all ways, due to my not knowing if you say wanted to keep the MS live account for PC #2 , on order.

next time get a Dell OptiPlex 3040 or newer, way way better, PC.

AIO means too cheap to buy a real Desktop, that is what it is.
some AIO love to fail; many have bad PSU that can not be fixed.

Try this.

1. Log in on a different account then the one your trying to delete. "The account must be a administrator account"
2. Click the start button then right click on computer and click properties
3. On the left side click advanced system settings
4. Under user profiles click settings.
5. Click the profile you wish to delete then click the delete button.

Only Microsoft can delete the account because it is on their systems. If it is a paid account, stop paying and they will delete it. If it is a free account, they will delete it if it has not be accessed for a long time which could take as long as a year.

Hello. Try this, it works.

"1) Create a Windows Account with full control admin rights, and then go ahead and log into that new account.
2) When under the newly created account, open every Office product you have, then close one at a time (Excel, Word, PP, etc...)
3) After opening every Office App, go into the registry editor (Start ' Run, then type in Regedit)
4) Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER ' Software ' Microsoft ' Office, and highlight Office
5) Then right click on Office, and go to Export, save the .reg file to somewhere you will be able to find it (Root of C: for me)
6) Log off your temp Windows account, and log back in under your normal Windows account that was giving you the error.
7) Open regedit again, and then go to File ' Import and pick the file that was exported.
After it says that it was successfully imported, go ahead and try the app that was giving you problems.

Now it should work, just like it did for me. Also, remember you delete the temp account that you created!!

i have recently experienced this as well i deleted my account associated with ms outlook and then re-installed the account on there that fixed the problem. basically copy your user settings including your server settings then delete it all . reboot computer and add your account back.

Just try to verify the sender. If it is legitimate, then it not a spam.

if u have the installation disc and ms office is not working then first remove the prog.
xp comp:- start/control pannel/add and remove prog double click/ select office 2007/remove/
restart the computer and then install again it will work//
vista computer/win 7 computer:- from control pannel double click on prog and feature and follow the step as above. select the prog and right click / uninstall. restart the comp after it is done and reinstall again//

before doing the above you can just try to make a new user account and log from the new user account after restarting the computer check if this works. if it works then the chance of previous account corruption is possible. remove the old account and save the created document on the desktop of the new account/ this is the promp you get when you delete the old account/ save files/delete files.
warning:-be very sure what you are doing and do it carefully or else it will be a big time problem for you as you will loose all your saved documents and picture/
if the computer is shipped with office 2007 and its creating the problem then do the backup of all ur documents on flash drive or ext hard drive and do the system recovery to bring the computer to original shipped condition. before doing that remember to also check by creating the new user account and logging from that account.

For that you need to enter in default administrator account.
By default there is 1 default administrator account in windows then you can create new administrator account as you like.
If you want to delete your new created administrator account then enter in default administrator account for that when it ask for use name and password enter in user name "administrator" then enter password if any or leave it blank then you can login as administrator accounts.
then right click on my computer then click on manage then go to Local user and groups then click on user right click on your account and delete it you can also create new account there.You can also use control panel->user accounts for modify users accounts.

Hi,
if the keyboard is working in any other user account . The user account has gone corrupt. You can recreate a new admin account. But before you do that back up all the my documents folder.

1. Restart the computer and press the F8 key a couple of times before windows starts
2. Select safe mode and press enter
3. Select the admin account and log in
4. Click on Yes to continue to work in safe mode
