Has the power supply been checked? It should reset itself when proper supply power is restored.

SOURCE: i only have 240v single phase but my air

Replacement motor needs to be of the same motor frame, horse power, rpm. The motors capacitor, one capacitor, two caacitor, would also be the same.

Check the high temperature switch, certain machines would display a message about the control power because the high temp switch would open, interrupting the control circuit.

Have a Gardner Denver Electra Saver 2 compressor and it is not getting power to the control unit to start?

Is this something new you just installed? Is it not getting electrical power to junction box? If your getting 220 volts of power to unit is there a reset button or reset protocol? Thank you Sylvia and good luck. Make sure breakers are on. Please consult an electrician to obtain your power issue.

Hi,I got a Ingersoll Rand type 30 model 234 compressor. It looks good but it has no motor.I'm thinking like 120v,3horses?,but not sure about rpm.any help would be nice.thanks

According to the information you provided your looking at a 10 HP motor at three phase. Do you have three phase at your location? If not I would look into getting a single phase compressor. If you do want to get it going I would notify your local IR dealer so they can get you the right Model number, RPM, Pulley and Motor Frame Size to match your unit.

Please read below....Jim...if this helped you please send me a positive response...Thanks!

My rotary screw air compressor model SSREP100H

It's just too hot. Blow out the radiator weekly. There is an oil temp switch that might need replaced but the radiator is the most common problem with screw compressors. You can check the settings in the control panel, where you turn it on and off. It should be set for a high temp of 185°.

IR T 20 air compressor will not kick on

IS IT THREE PHASE OR SINGLE PHASE? MOTOR TAG WILL SAY PH 1 OR PH 3.DOUBLE BREAKER OR TRIPLE BREAKER WILL ALSO TELL. IS THIS A BRAND NEW INSTALL OR AN EXISTING COMPRESSOR THAT JUST NOW STARTED DOING THIS. SOUNDS LIKE A POWER PROBLEM LIKE A MISSING PHASE OR BLOWN FUSE. REMOVE FUSES WHEN OHM CHECKING - DONT TEST THEM WHILE STILL INSTALLED.
