Power outage on Samsung Refrigerator. Flashing 33 E, but power cool and power freeze button push together does nothing. None of the controls work.

A power outage will make your Samsung fridge show the errors 1E and or SE. If this is the case, simply press the power save and lighting buttons for 10 seconds and the error will clear. That sounds like a power glitch. Try pressing and holding the power freeze and power cool buttons at the same time for about 8 to 13 seconds and see if it clears. If not try unplugging for a few minutes. If it still doesn't clear, you may need to call a repair technician.

The 33E error can indicate a problem with the ice maker water fill tube heater. (This makes sure that ice doesn't form and cause the fill tube to break.) To attempt to reset the error, press and hold the Energy Saver and Lighting keys on the touch pad for 8+ seconds. These are the top buttons on each side of the temperature display.

What kind of refrigerator, and whats the model number? Green bar flashing I'm going to guess a Samsung. If so, then hold down two buttons at the same time on the display, It depends on the model number as to which two, but in most cases its the power freeze and ref buttons. If you can get the brand and model # to me I could describe more for you.

On a Samsung Refrigerator model #RF260BEAEBC French Door, press and hold both "Power Freeze" and "Power Cool" buttons simultaneously until chimes sound. This will reset the flashing 13 E code.

Samsung RS2555Sl suddenly stoped working once the power is switched off, If switched on again, only the Ice making sensor light flickers.
