My son left his Alcatel pixi 4 our in the rain ????I can ring it he can answer and it charges but has a black screen can I do anything to fix it also it is still under the 12 month warranty but they would prob send it away he needs snapchat help ????

the LCD in screen is broken I'm afraid at least that's what it sounds like. you will have to have a screen replacement which may not be available or even be expensive.

The internal antenna maybe faulty, possibly a loose connection.
Best to get a tech to check it, unless your'e competant with the fiddly task of stripping and re-assembling the phone.

look into changing or adding the SIM card.

1. From the home screen, tap the All Apps icon.
2. Scroll to and tap Settings.
3. Scroll to and tap Sound & notification.
4. Tap Default notification ringtone.
5. Tap the preferred notification sound and then tap OK.

To uninstall third-party apps, follow these steps:
