How to fix: Make sure the password or key is entered into the Wii exactly as it appears in your router's settings. Keep in mind that security keys are case sensitive. A simple typo may be causing the problem.
Don't know how to find your router's password or key?
Look for a sticker on the bottom of your router. Many routers provided by Internet service providers have their default password located on a sticker on the bottom of the router.
If you're not able to locate the password here, select the brand of your router below and we'll show you how to access your router's settings.
From Main Menu, arrow over to Diags and Select. First screen should display MENUS. Arrow over to it, press Select and change from whatever is displayed "Fact n" or "Diag x" to "Off", then press Select. This should turn it off.
I've run into a few that won't remember this setting and will default back to Fast Facts in approximately 2 minutes. Rebooting the receiver makes no difference. I have a call into Arris Tech Support about this and will report back if they have a solution.
UPDATE: According to Arris (aka Motorola), you'll need to get this DSR-4410MD authorized for an encrypted service (e.g., Fox, Discovery, Scripps, Disney) and the Provider can send down a remote command to turn off that function. According to Arris, there's no way for the end-user to do this. Of course if you're using this receiver's digital outputs (e.g., ASI or GbE), these Fast Facts won't appear on the video stream. These Fast Facts are strictly available thru the analog video or CVBS port.

that is a wireless issue, the Arris is working because you are able to surf wired. Check you wireless router and make sure your setting are good on it. Otherwise, replace the router.
