There could be somthing in you ADF that is keeping the copy from going in properly. Your tires could need cleaning or there could be something going on with a component in the ADF.
Sould have a technician inspect the ADF to see if it needs cleaning or parts.
SOURCE: copies crooked
make sure back stop and side guides are against all edges of the paper in the drawers, ADF edge guides..same thing. does this happen out of all drawers? if so there is a registration roller (long and usually hard rubber) that has to be pressed evenly across to pull paper straight, usually has springs bent around both ends. If it is not drawers or ADF has to be in the path from drawer but before Fuser (hot area) best bet is reg roller.

to change the paper size for trays 1,2,4 you need to do this in service mode. to get into service mode hit the additional functions button then the 2&8 at the same time then the additional functions button again.
you should be in service mode.
then hit the copier tab...... options tab ..... then the BODY tab in that setting..... and in that menu there should a CST tab in that menu once there you should see tabs for 1 , 2 , 4 you will need to set the value for 1&2 to 18
that should set them back to letter size. email me if you have problems with it
