Konica bizhub C351 with a C9401 error code

FIRST, if this code comes back. Have a technician look at it the exposure lamp the bright light under the glass is bad or the board controlling it.
1. Turn OFF the main power switch.
2. Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the main power switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after and check if the machine starts correctly.

Exposure Lamp failure.
check if coming to home position to read white reference plate.
check the lamp/Tube for proper connection.

c9401 means the lamp that the scanner uses isn't turning on.

Scanner lamp assembly, that is the bright light that come on the document feeder, there is a problem with it. Need to be replaced. or the control board needs to be replaced. No reset

if this procedure does not clear and it come back mite need new exposure lamp or CCD exposure lamp is bright lamp under the glass the CCD is the large black device under the big class to your right.

Power off the with the main switch. now ensure sub power switch is on the power switch on the control panel, now hold down utility /counter button and turn main power on SEE a TROUBLE RESET touch it goes to Ok. power the machine off wait ten second. and power on normally. if it come back do not reset until parts are replaced the machine is telling you I am broke you keep resetting it can get worse $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Exposure lamp failure to turn on, raise the doc feeder hit the start button bright light come on under the big glass if not replace the exposure lamp and board if required.

reset procedure if code comes back get the lamp

After doing this the code comes back replace the Exposure lamp assy. big bright light under the glass.

CDCXX-trouble related to security.Try to reset:
Turn OFF the copier.Press and keep pressed the Utility key and turn ON the copier.Keep pressed the utility key and wait to Trouble reset message appaire on the display.(1-2 minutes.).Release the utility key and touch the message.Turn OFF the copier,wait 1 minutes and turn ON.If the error code displayed call the technical rep. from Konica Minolta.

Not exactly sure if the model is the same but on a C351 the C9401 & C9402 errors are as follows:

Check flat cable for proper connection and correct or change as necessary.

Change Scanner Assembly if necessary

Change PWB

1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON again while pressing the Utility/Counter key more than
10 seconds after.
3. Touch [Trouble Reset].
4. Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. Turn off the Main Power Switch and turn it on again more than 10 seconds after, and
make sure that the machine properly starts.
