Uh, prob not. Purchased at soFL Costco. Did recently return from Cuba and Cozi, but I don't think the watch knew that. I fiddled more with it by double clicking the post, then clockwise turning it back 24hrs, to change the day of the week. When I turned it back counter-clockwise to show current time and day, the DAY again NOW SHOWS AS "MIE 19" ...so a crazy bonus. All true. Still unexplained. Thx for answering.

I had the same problem. I pulled the crown to the 3rd position, furthest out, and pressed the A and B button simultaneously. The second hand made a complete rotation and set at the 8 position, where it had been settting, then I was able to push the A button and reset the second hand to the 12 position. Tested it and it is working fine.
You have three small buttons (two in the left side and one in the rifht side). You can use a pencil to push it and change the date, month and day in the week.
Hello,
What is the reference of the watch?
On the Cruise collection, the process is very simple:
1.(To
remove band) Squeeze the easy release spring bar to one side until it detaches
from the watch case completely, do the same for both bands. 2.(To
attach new band) Take the straps that you want to put on and squeeze the easy
release spring bar with your (nail or screwdriver) and insert into little
groove, it should snap right into place 3.Do
the same for other band
First find the set button and press it for 15 seconds the number is going to flashing, that is the time you going to set,go to mode button there where you going choose to set ,the hour; the date ;the alarm and whatever you like to set.to set the time first the hour and the minutes by the opposite button is use to scroll up the number and to scroll down.after you finish set the time ,there is you going to choose normal time 12h or military time 24h.That all lyod message me whatever the result.
