I can't log in to my eBay account - eBay Computers & Internet

So my advice is for you to log into your PAY PAL account and there is an option to dispute a payment.
The reason to put would be that you only purchased one item but were charged twice.

You could also go from the ebay angle by logging into ebay and click on my ebay and log in and there is a resolution centre option where you can lodge a complaint.

To change your password, log into your Ebay account, click on My Account, click on Personal Information.
Click on Edit (far right side) on the Password line.
Change your password.

Go to ebay.com and try and log in to your account. After you log in, It should automatically ask you to change your password, and provide instructions.

If you do not get the change-password instructions, to to MyEbay > Account(tab) > Personal Information. You should see a group called Account Information. Within that group will be an Edit link for your password. Click that, and follow instructions.

Here is how you change the payment method for your ebay bill or invoice:
1. Log into your ebay account at my.ebay.com
2. Click on the Account tab on the upper left
(You will be on a page titled: My Account)
3. Scroll down to Payment methods for Seller Fees
4. Click "change automatic payment method"

If ebay will not recognize your password, it might be best to try and reset your password. Just visit ebay's forgot your password page and follow the directions. Hopefully that will help you to reset your password so you can access your ebay account.

Hi,

If your daughter was logged into ebay on her account you will need to log off and then log in with your account. The log off button is near the top center of the Ebay account page.

If this doesn't help, please provide some more details on the problem and I will respond back and help you further.

Try the following which you can find on EBay's help system by searching for Paypal.

To link your PayPal and eBay accounts:

1. Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages.
   
2. Click the Account tab.
   
3. Click the “PayPal Account” link on the left side of the page.
   
4. Click the Link My PayPal Account button.
   
5. You'll be asked to log into PayPal to finish linking your accounts.
   

Try this clear all your browser settings like the history , cookies and everything and then after that scan you computer with malwarebytes you can download it from download.com and remove all infected files.........
