JCS owns the Oster and Sunbeam trademarks, and licensed these trademarks to Petters Consumer Brands, LLC which later changed its name to MLO Appliance Company, LLC. JCS, as the licensor of the trademarks, did not design, manufacture, market, distribute or sell any licensed appliance manufactured by or on behalf of Petters Consumer Brands or MLO Appliance Company. JCS did not offer any warranty on the appliances manufactured by or on behalf of Petters Consumer Brands or MLO Appliance Company. Any warranty that applies to the appliance you purchased was offered by Petters Consumer Brands, LLC and/or MLO Appliance Company, LLC. JCS is not responsible for the appliances manufactured by or on behalf of Petters Consumer Brands and/or MLO Appliance Company bearing the licensed trademarks Oster and Sunbeam. On September 10, 2008, JCS was notified that MLO Appliance Company, LLC was discontinuing its business operations, was insolvent, and had defaulted on its obligations to its secured lender. Petters Consumer Brands, LLC and MLO Appliance Company, LLC were wholly owned and/or controlled by and/or affiliated with Petters Group Worldwide, LLC. Petters Group Worldwide, LLC, Petters Company, Inc. and certain other companies owned or controlled by Thomas Joseph Petters were placed into receivership by the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota. Ok, fist problem was unit quit working..if it quit cooling yet lights still worked inside and still had power readings on door is not power coord. If the unit stoped cooling is probably fuse and there are two of them in back of unit. One fuse clearly can be seen, the other is coated with a black shrink fit coating and is not well seen. This second fuse is the problem, you will need to replace it. I have same unit and this is what I had to do to get it cooling again.

just replace the 5amp fuse on circuit board with a 6.3amp. tada!
use an exacto knife to remove the shrink wrap on both ends of old fuse. heat ends with a soldering iron and pull away old fuse. solder new 20mm in line fuse holder from radio shack to both poles insert 6.3amp fuse and done. at least mine works again! $6.00 total cost!
