Go to the Toshiba sight on google, give name of unit , then say driver download. They will give you the download and the update. FOR free.

It depends what the copier is doing, is it giving error codes
one of the main faults on the copier is it dumps colour toner and that causes problems

I can download firmwave update for e-studio 232?
You can do it by loading the new firmware on a USB key...but it is pretty complicated and the firmware is only available with a password at the Toshiba website....if you make a mistake the copier will be unusable...
