Use the serial number from the device and contact customer relations. It worked for me.

You must buy those.

ARMED with your Serial Number (from the device) and due to it's relatively new product age, I think WHISTLER 'Customer Relations' will be willing to help you!

"Tech support" may not be so willing.

how long have you had it? Have you had a radar detector before this one? Try a factory reset - hold in the power button and the quiet button, while holding in these buttons plug in the power cord. The unit will beep twice indicating that its reset. Remember the unit is not a "Cop" detector its a radar detector so not all police cars have radar in them and if they do they may not have it turned on.

Have you tried the unit in a different vehicle to see if the alerting still happens? Are you using two detectors power up at the same time in the same vehicle? If so, this will cause the units to false.

There is no code to enter. You can download a manual for it from Whistler's website.

whistler wanted $55 to repair this detector, so I bought a different brand and will never buy another whistler again.
