Paper tray error.Try reset by open/close the front door,if not reseting enter in the service mode :press mode(yellow)key-107-Clear/Stop(red)key (keep pressed more 3 seconds) enter in SP mode,open the front door and turn OFF the copier.Wait 1 minutes and turn ON.

I doubt a wire has worked loose, but possible if the printer moves a lot while printing. If it is the part issue, my guess is another printer purchase would be the wiser move.
this is a duplex jogger error prob, open up your printer and ensure that the duplex assy is completely fastened onto the machine, any loosed connection can trigger an error, pull and push back the unit duplex once again to reset it, make sure this is sitting correctly and close the machine.
if not there is too much load on the jogger mechanism w/c make it so hard for the unit to initialize, then this will also occur check for any mechanical binding, if not then there is no choice but to change the jogger motor
