SOURCE: Makita drop saw is very tight when dropping

I assume when you say drop saw you mean miter box. The bearing and spring are direct targets for debris that is not discharged through the discharge part near the top of saw. Usually sawdust , sap and general dirt can get the hinge/bearing/spring all clogged up. Clean it as best you can with an old toothbrush and then spray with a good quality liquid grease available at a hardware store or Lowes.

SOURCE: Where do u as oil in makita 1500 jackhammer?

Go to http://www.makitatools.com/en-us/Modules/Home/Default.aspx, put your model number in search box in the top right. Two models of the HM1500 will come up, select yours and open the owner's manual. Find the paragraph labeled 'Lubrication' and follow it precicely. Demo hammers are very picky about what type of grease they use and how much. Too thick and they won't work, too thin and they won't lubricate properly and the parts inside are very expensive to replace. Same applies to how much to use.

How do i chack bosch 60 lb jackhammer oil leval

Bosch hammer uses grease available in repair kit. Check ebay or parts house. Remove four hex bolts on the mid section of the hammer and pull off the lower end. Most of the grease goes here. There is a side cover to expose the drive gears if you hear gear noise. Depending on use, only needs grease once a year. Good luck.

Makita 8406C Gearbox oil

It uses grease to lube the gearbox. makita supply their own grease so you should be able to get a small tube from your local dealer. You don't have to use Makita grease though, just general grease should be fine. Not too thick and heavy, or too oily and light. I know that sounds a bit vague. Do you have other machines that you have grease for? SDS hammer drills, saws, any small power tool like that will use a similar type of grease.
