Sorry. Factory reset is just that. All data is deleted. No recovery possible. If you set up a Google account (not familiar with this phone I am assuming it is an android) it might be backed up to the Google servers but only if you set it up that way originally.

Hi Gail, The link below is a short youtube video on how to rest the pattern code on your phone, The guy shows 3 way but the 3rd way is a factory reset meaning you loose every thing in your phone but the first two ways are worth watching. I hope this helps......CHEERS..

go to setting and reset to factory setting
ie:hard reset
but before proceding backup you data with googleand also to the external memory card so that you can restore your contacts and all after reset

the only thing you can do i reset to factory seting(prefered)
go to setting>backup and reset>reset to factory setting
but before start backup your device with google and also put a backup file in your external memory card
