Never use those ever. Universal power packs ever.
NO PC stated, some need 90watt power pack
why not buy the correct power pack for Lenovo
and end this pain.
no PC stated, so can't show you the correct pack sold on ebay.
some PCs come with 3 different sized packs.
the higher power one matches the gaming version of the PC
or called multimedia option with faster CPU /GPU that needs more power to run.
what does that mean ,we need the full model number of the PC
or ask Lenovo, we are not Lenovo,.
i carry 2 AC, packs
and 2 batteries, when out of country
parts for laptops are super hard to buy when off the grid. (you know where there is only sand and sun and huts)
the volts and watts (min) just match
and if that universal has switch and kid plays with that bad actor switch, you blows the PC up. seems it needs 90watts minimum so says your manual, RTM?
NO PC really stated, so all answers are generic
I keep 2 on hand traveling
1 hand carried, and 1 in baggage.
so if they lose 1 bag, my hand carry PC works.
I will be in S.America soon, doing just that.

Set-up (Programming) procedure is too much to type in here, and is not practical and it will differ brand-to-brand remote controls. If you wish to get more; check the sites linked here. Programming Notes
• If your device does not respond to the remote after trying all codes listed or your brand is not listed in the code list, use the Auto Code Search method to program your remote.
• Sometimes the first code that "works" with your device may operate only a few functions of your device. There may be another code in the code list that performs more functions. Try other codes from the code list for more functionality.
This is a trial and error procedure; and quiet time consuming. You might have to check different codes said for your device.
Search the site by type in the "brand name" to your device; in the "Search box at the top right of the display window " to get gathered related posts.

Thanks for trying to help on this, but this was just an attempt to get a Lenovo laptop powered to use while we were on a trip out of state. (The original power pack is fine, but we forgot it at home). So, thanks for the help. We'll just have to wait until we get back.
