The onn cannot be connected to the Emerson wirelessly.
If it is connected to the Emerson TV, there has to be a wire plugged in to the audio output on the TV and the left and right input connectors on the sound bar. I have heard that you will only get about as much sound from the sound bar as the TV.
You cannot use the digital audio outputs.

SOURCE: RCR460 with Emerson Tv doesnt change channel to input sources

found the answer but it doesnt help.......i got the number to who makes RCA remote controls and called them and talked to tech support to see what i could do for this problem. According to them, some universal remotes are compatible with most tvs but sometimes the remote can only give you the basic functions (chan up/down, volume up/down, #'s, mute an so on.) i dont really understand why it wouldnt work for the input channel but i do know i have a lower end and low priced tv. so....just like everything else the more you pay...the better it is. I checked the remote on my other tv in the living room and everything works just fine, even the input button. Hope this helps...

SOURCE: best antenna for an old Emerson TV

One major problem with digital broadcasting is that signal strength is an issue. It is entirely possible that people who live far enough away from the stations, or where there are many hills or other obstructions, may find they get few or even no channels. (It's one of the reasons there's been so much confusion and upset over the shift to digital. Some people are just going to be out of luck; the government knows it but they just pretty much say "Too bad.")

If you are using an indoor antenna, like the old rabbit ears that may have worked okay with analog, you should try a new amplified antenna made for the digital signals. You might find it necessary to install an outside antenna. If you already have an outside antenna but it's the same one you've had up for years, you should replace it. It's probably corroded, the cable from it won't be the best for the digital frequencies, and it may not be pointing in the right direction.

There are many antennas to choose from. I know of several people who have purchased antennas online from antennasdirect.com and have been quite happy. You might try talking to others in your area who may already have figured out what works well, and use the same antenna as they have.

Got an ONN TV and an ONN soundbar. Hooked up via RCA cable. TV audio in PCM mode. Soundbar in AUX mode. Can't get any sound from soundbar. What have I missed?

PCM mode is a digital audio file that should be sent to the soundbar via an optical or coaxial digital audio cable. The coaxial digital audio cable uses an RCA plug but not the L/R stereo channels of analog audio. The aux input is usually the 3.5 MM cable from a computer, CD or MP3 player or a cell phone or tablet.

First, which type of RCA cable is connected between the sound bar and the TV? Second, are you sure that the TV connection is an audio out? (A number of recent TVs have only one audio output. This means there is only the optical audio out and not even a headphone jack.)

Once you double-check the input at the sound bar, choose the Line In input if you are using the stereo RCA cable. If you are using the Optical input, select that input. Use either the Mode button or the specific input button on the remote. Then double-check that the TV is set for the appropriate audio out.

I hope this helps. Please add a comment with the model of the TV and the sound bar for further information. I looked at the ONB18SB001 documentation for some of this. The manual for this Onn soundbar is available at Manuals Lib. See https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1498038/Onn-Onb18sb001.html?page=12#manual for the list of input modes and the input to which they correspond. Here is the image of the inputs on the back of the ONB18SB001: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1498038/Onn-Onb18sb001.html?page=7#manual .

I have a sanyo 65" hdtv model number DP65E34. Does it have Bluetooth, or do i have to purchase something to connect to my Onn 37" soundbar that does have Bluetooth.....

More than likely you should find your RCA jacks stereo that are labeled lined out and that should be the input to your sound bar then configure your TV accordingly.

Do i need to buy anything extra for my ilive 37' soundbar for my tv? The sound doesnt work with my tv, but the bluetooth works just fine.

You'll need some sort of audio cable to connect the TV's sound or audio output to the soundbar. For the most basic connection, use an RCA-style cable ( like the one found here: http://goo.gl/5F8yLh ) to connect your TV's audio output to the soundbar's input. Most soundbars also have an SPDIF input ( like the one found here: http://goo.gl/2F2rKs ) and most modern TV's have an SPDIF output. Get an SPDIF optical digital audio cable to connect the two devices together. Once you've decided which type of connection to use and have connected the TV's audio output the soundbar, then make sure you select the proper input on the soundbar. That should fix your problem.

I used ot have channel 91 now i do not why

Are you using an OTA antennae or cable? Channel 91 would typically operate outside the broadcast spectrum and within the ultra band between 625.5000 - 629.7500 MHz. That is an unlicensed band and if you have somebody using multiple channels of wireless microphones (a church, live theater/performing arts center, etc.) it could be powerful enough to cause interference with that TV channels reception. Check to see that you don't have a wireless router working near the TV too. Also check to make sure your Emersons receiver is set to cable not antennae.
