I recently purchased a Breville Bakers Oven Plus - BB250 without a manual. Did a bit of searching online and found the Instruction & Recipe Book PDF format.

However, I would suggest that you contact Breville in your country and start with them. They may be able to suggest another model with similar function and you can then download that manual from their support page on their website.
