You most likely have overloaded the unit. There is an overload reset aka circuit breaker on the side that must be reset.

E30 IGBT fault If an excessive current is applied at an IGBT (transistor in the power end stage), the output voltage
is switched off to protect the transistor.
Sounds like maybe a fan has gone bad and is drawing too much current.
Try disconnecting the fans and reconnecting one at a time. Also check
the fans to make sure they turn free and are not blocked.
