I have the manual for the RCA TV that the CRK59B came with. The Sylvania VCR program codes are 08, 29. If you're trying to control a Sylvania Cable -TV Box, the code is 11.

I have a Universal Hdtv remote that needs to be programmed. the cat. no. is 15-135 and it is a Radioshack HDTV Remote and I need it programmed to a Sylvania tv. Any help would be appreciated.

Sylvania 0054, 0030, 0020, 0096 (manufacturers codes)

I lost the remote to my sylvania model; 6419TE 19" i cant seem to get a universal remote to work right now i have a panasonic light tower remote .the code for sylvania tv is 05 ,it doesnt work...

Have you tried the search fuction,some of the remotes will search for a code that works.

Need code for remote control

To program a TV you can use the code search option. You do this by making sure the TV is turned on then point the remote at the TV then press the TV button once, then press and hold down the set button until you see the RED l.e.d light blink twice, then enter the code 991. Next press the power button then the TV button continue doing that until the TV turn off, when it does press the set button. Press the power button and the TV should turn on again.

I also own a Sylvania LD320SS8 HDTV. My solution to the
problem of remote codes that won't work is to junk the
Sylvania, and buy a reputable brand TV such as an LG
HDTV which will work nicely with DirecTV or Dish network
remotes.

Need code for universal remote Sylvania LC320SL8

We bought a Sylvania LC420ss8 HDTV.

Our current universal remotes would not work, I followed the advice on this site and got a Sony
RM- VL600 Sony Untergrated Remote Commander, use page 16 in the manual to teach the new remote off of the remote that came with the TV. It really works. I am happy with the tv and remote.
