At those prices they should come out and fix it for free. It sounds like the motor has failed or or is cutting out on an overheat thermal limiter. Reach out ot them for support.

If still in warranty follow the warranty procedure in your user manual. If out of warranty contact Swingline - http://www.swingline.com/us/us/2669/consumer-care. They may be able to offer repair options.
I called Swingline and they told me to unplug the machine for 45 minutes to an hour, and then try again. (This resets the machine supposedly.) If there are additional problems, I was told, you may have to look into warranties, etc.

Erreur E4 with the Fusion 5000, you must turn off and disconnect the plog from the wall and wait for 24hours then the erreur disappear.
