If everything is turning on, and there's power... check for 12V at the alternator. it may be out now.... or a connector came loose, or wire broke.

Ford used alot of fuseable links, mostly around starter selenoid, look around for them and everyone you find try pulling them apart if there bad or burnt they will pull apart and there is your problem. If you don't find one burnt, than its got to be in the wire comming from the switch, heck there might be one of them fuseable links in that wire too.I never had to go that far to find a burnt one it was always around the selenoid or starter.

Most likely you need a new Ignition switch. The small "tickler" wires on your solenoid are staying on. You can disconnect the small wire from the Solenoid and then put a test light on it. Turn the Ignition to Start and see if the wire stays hot when you release the key.
Another problem you could have is the Starter has such a bad intermittent short in it, that it keeps the points welded together after the key is released from the Start position. You can get a starter Draw test done at some parts stores like Autozone or Oreillys to name a few, they do it free and on the truck.
Let me know the result please,

DOES THE VEHICLE MAKE ANY NOISE AT ALL WHEN THE KEY IS TURNED?, IF YOU GET A "CLICK" BUT NOTHING ELSE THEN THE STARTER IS JAMMED, GET A HAMMER & GIVE THE STARTER A FEW SOLID FIRM BUT NOT OVER ZEALOUS WHACKS, MAKE SURE THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED & TURN THE KEY, IF ITS ANYTHING LIKE ALL THE CARS I'VE HAD OVER THE YEARS IT WILL MAGICALLY SPRING TO LIFE - IF IN DOUBT - GIVE IT A CLOUT!!

There is a starter relay in the circuit in addition to the starter solenoid.
If you have replaced the components, I would guess the problem is in the harness or a connector.
