The freezer is fine steady at 0, but the refrigerator temperature keeps rising currently at 67 degrees.

Check the freezer make sure you do not have frost build up. Defrost problems choke out the air flow and if it happens the refrigerator will not cool.

Freezer too cold

Is this a model=>FGHC2342LF Sounds like the freezer=> 240597203 Thermistor may be defective??There should be one in the freezer that regulates the temp and this one may be causing the compressor to run continious and you may not be getting the correct reading from freezer. Have you seen this?

We just bought a Frigidaire Gallery Refrigerator and are not sure what temperatures to set the freezer and fridge to.

The freezer should be between -5 to +5 deg.F. The refrigerator should be from 33 to 40 deg. F. but it is really a matter of preference. I set mine around 5 and 33. I like to get my ice cream out and be able to scoop it and I like my milk very cold. Start with the manufacture suggested and then adjust from there with your own preference.

Frigidaire gallery model plhs267Za

It sure sounds like a compressor problem to me. The buzzing sound is the compressor trying to start followed by a click which would be the overload protector tripping.
