I forgot the power on password on my Huawei F501 desk phone. message input power on password and since I cannot, I am unable to send or receive calls. How can I unlock it or revert to factory reset

Just go to phone settings in settings and reset to factory settings default. this will reset the phone to factory settings but will not clear any messages, contacts, pictures or data.. then you can go ahead and set a new password.

I got this phone from one of my friend who was moving abroad. He was using airtel sim with. I inserted my vodaphone sim in it and phone got locked. i have tried using password "blackberry" but it says wrong password. I dont mind if data is lost cos its not my data. Please advice how to put this phone in use. Model- Blackberry curve 8900
