I have a 2006 lincoln Navigator with the THX sound system. I need a colored wiring diagram so I can replace the head unit and hopefully retain the factory door speakers and amp. I already have my JL Audio 12s and amp ran to the back. So I am not gonna use the factory sub or that amp. Any help would be great. I was told to use a metra harness and I got nothing. Just want to splice into factory harness from my new head unit.

You can buy an aftermarket radio harness adapter for your Navigator from ebay quite cheaply. I would not recommend butchering the factory wiring to install a replacement head unit. I found this one (will work as long as your Lincoln wasn't fitted with SATNAV) -

SOURCE: cd player plays, but no sound comes out of speakers.

Look at the enwood. I bet you have the remote wire hooked to the blue wire insted of the blue/white wire. The blue wire goes dad when you play a cd as it is for a power antenna. The blue/white wire is your amp turn on.

Now, if you do not have a blue/whie and only blue, then obviously that circuit in the radio is bad in whch case your only other option s are either connecting it to an accesory fuse or using a toggle switch connected to power.

SOURCE: can't find the amp in my ford explorer

The amp should be located cargo area on the drivers side. You will need to remove the panel to get to it.

SOURCE: need color code diagram for factory 8 speaker

On my 99 4 door the factory amp is powered by a hot pink wire in the truck harness. I hooked the cont. power for a motorized ant. to it and all 4 speakers work. I'm going to check today to see if they work correctly because I found this out late last night and only had it on for a few minutes. I've read that there is a harness for this that apparently you have to specifically ask for at a car audio shop. hope this helps.

2006 Lincoln Navigator. What wire is on the A/C compressor pulley and if cut can stop the truck starting?

It shouldn't do, but that vehicle has so many modules and sensors even for AC and heating. You will need a mobile auto electrician. You should never cut wires, just remove connectors and tape them up. If you cut the wires with the battery connected, the cutting may have shorted something. If you disconnected the battery the security system needs resetting.

Is there a rear condenser fuse on 2003 Lincoln Navigator

Condenser? What type of condenser? The AC condenser is in front of the radiator. Condensers don't have fuses, they are like a radiator for AC refrigerant gas to cool it, before going to the compressor.
