Have you tried using google to find a manual. The manufacturers web site is a great place to start looking, and if that doesn't work there are lots of places that offer free manuals you can download. Give google a try.

We had the same issue. Try clicking <play>1234<play> and it should unlockk the dvd in the machine. Seems to work on my daughters. It's a parental control of come sort. HTH.

Look on the back of the TV or in the back of the manual and you'll see the name of the company that manufactured and/or distributed the TV, or you may find a telephone number listed in the manual. You must contact the manufacturer to find a replacement remote for that TV. Universal remotes don't work because that set is actually made by a small company that doesn't communicate with universal remote makers.
