How do I connect my model SK-S10 to my Lenovo Tab 4 (edits( external bluetooth speaker)= S10

  • Anonymous Sep 02, 2018

Hi Dacey Gair, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you.
ok so now you say that custom S10 cable was lost.
    that is doomed.
lacking the cable you will never ever charge up the batteries inside so Bluetooth can work.

this book shows pairing, (after charging)

the s10 is sold under many brand names.
    even BEAT BOX.

SK-S10 with MP3 and card....How do you get it to work?....Is there an opp's manuel?

As I understand, SK-S10 is a Bluetooth speaker. If your MP3 player is not Bluetooth-enabled (and I believe very few are), you cannot use the SK-S10 with the MP3 player. But you can use it (via Bluetooth) with your cellphone, tablet, computer (if Bluetooth-enabled) and with any other Bluetooth-enabled media device.

Bluetooth is not responding

which bluetooth device ? are you referring to ?
keyboard , mouse , ahh a webcam ?

Bluetooth is a wireless technology that connects devices over a limited-range network (WPAN, or wireless personal area network). Bluetooth transfers data three to eight times faster than a parallel or serial port.

Some Lenovo PCs includes an internal Bluetooth card to allow users to connect Bluetooth devices to the computer. Inactive Bluetooth support or computer settings can prevent the Lenovo PC from detecting a Bluetooth device.

Hold down "Fn" and "F5" after booting the computer or returning from standby to enable Bluetooth features. Click "Start." Click "Control Panel." Double-click "Bluetooth Configuration." Select the "Accessibility" tab. Check "Let other Bluetooth devices discover this computer." Select "All devices" from the drop-down menu. Click "OK." Double-click "Bluetooth Devices." Select the "Options" tab. Check "Turn discovery on," "Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer" and "Alert me when a new Bluetooth device wants to connect." Click "OK." Exit from "Control Panel." Align the device with the Lenovo PC. Check the documentation included with the device to confirm it is the correct distance from the computer. Right-click "Start." Click "Explore" or "Open." Navigate to "My Bluetooth Places." Click "Bluetooth Tasks." Click "View Devices in Range" to locate the device. Select the device from the list. Click "Discover services" to use the device's applications on your Lenovo PC. Right-click the device and select "Connect" or "Pair" to configure the device. Hope it helps.

When i am trying to set a new wallpaper on my desktop(any size) it is asking do u really want to change the desktop......when i click yes ...........................there is no chane on the desktop same...

Hi viivek_sharm,
I see that you have an s10-3 Netbook and that you are tying to change your wallpaper on it.
  • Since that is an s10-3 Netbook it comes with Windows 7 Starter Edition and if you have the Windows7 Starter edition even if it gives you the chance to change the wallpaper it will not take effect since in Windows7 Starter you cannot change some of the settings unlike in the other Windows7 versions.
  • The only solution would be upgrading to a different version of Windows7 on your Netbook but since taht is an S10-3 it can be upgraded to Windows7 Home premium 32bit only Other Windows7 may work amd there will be no drivers on the Lenovo website that can be downloaded for the other versions of Windows7.
  • you can visit http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/DriversDownloads/drivers_list.aspx?CategoryID=686287 and check for yourself to see what driver there are for your s10-3 Netbook.
  • Also you can check in http://www.lenovo.com/psref/pdf/ipbook.pdf the specs of your Lenovo s10-3 and what it has default.
I hope that this answers you question, have a nice day.

I forgot the pssword of my laptop

Need a external CD ROM...
1. Download and burn Ophcrack (freeware).
2. Burn ISO file to a disk.
3. Attach external CD ROM to S10 computer
4. Load the disk with the ISO file in the external CD ROM
5. Turn the S10 on and tap F12 a few times on the Lenovo Screen.
6. Select Boot using CD/DVD ROM
7. Wait for the program to completely load until it shows you a picture with your password on it.c57d3af.jpg

If this solution does not work,
1. Turn off your computer (no flashing lights)
2. Press the Lenovo Care Button (aka One Key Recovery, button with an upside down arrow on it)
3. Select System Recovery.
4. Recovery from factory default settings.

Connecting SRS-BTM30 bluetooth speakers to my vista laptop

Hi,
This has also been sending me around the bend. I resolved it by disabling the speakers on my laptop. To do this go into control panel, then hardware and sound, then change system sound. Select your speakers and disable them. This allowed me to play music through the speakers. You can also re-enable the laptop speakers after this.
