if windows Pw lost is it local PW or windows Live.com login
the latter is childs play to reset, why not ask for help first?

then run IE11, and downloaded the ISO, w10-32 5gigabytes big
and it wont fit in the current hdd.
your PC came with a tiny 32GB SSD, new.
and is way to small, in fact windows 10 updates will fail too.
w10 does not run on this PC, with that SSD. (tiny,dinky small)
upgrade the to 120GB+ SSD...
sure, the HDD if full.

my guess is the BIOS HOT KEY FOR RECOVERY method.

32GB is NO GOOD for any PC made, even this.

there are only 2 solutions.
1: a bigger HDD.
2: or erase the current HDD 32GB 100% erased.
all partitions erased,.
then load w7/w10 or linux. on it.
w10 if you watch it first load setup.exe
lands you on the partition screen and you can delete everything on the 32GB there, then install. (may take 2nd boot to do fresh install)
why in the world not first tell what password was lost, of the 6 classes of passwords in PCs.
the ask how to get it erased.
BIOS admin PW can be super hard to reset.

so can not log in,
then tell if you login local
or with windows live.
live email locking at MS.com is super easy to rest, childs play really.
local login (1 and only ) is harder.
takes a hacking program.
if you have 2 w10 logins this is super easy fix.
if you have 1 admin and one dead user login
same answer easy fix.
