My IR - 600 Compressore showing the alarn signal that is - 'Check Motor Rotation' and stop quickly. After two or three times it has start and running properly. Please give the permanantely solution for this problem.

Never seen that problem, is current equal on the three legs? check the rotation of motor on delta you may have swapped two leads, this causes the motor to try and stop and then run.
Description:Main motor lock detection. The main motor does not rotate. After rotation of the main motor, the motor lock signal is detected for 1 sec or more. During rotation of the main motor, the motor lock signal is detected for 1 sec. When the main motor is stopped, the motor lock signal is not detected for 5sec or more. (Though the motor is stationary, it is judged as stable rotation.)
Causes:Main motor unit abnormality Improper connection or disconnection the main motor and the harness. MCU PWB abnormality
Remedy:Use SIM 25-01 to check the main motor operations. Check connection of the main motor harness/connector. Replace the main motor. Replace the MCU PWB.
C0F24 Code is the code for the sensor that monitors the drum. I would remove the drum cartridge two black screws pull out the drum assy. Remove the drum be careful do not nick or harm the drum the sensor is located on the left side of the to the rear of the of the drum looks like to little eye of a bug. Dust with a brush NO VACUUM static could destroy it. Re-install drum and re-install cartridge. When the last time a PM was done Developer replaced and Drum replaced?
Unstable rotation of the Main Motor (M1)
Detection is executed every 100 msec after the start of motor rotation; however, the drive detection signal is absent for 2 sec.
1.Replace the Main Motor (M1). 2.Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4).
Try tightening the drive belt first. As pressure builds a loose belt will start slipping and slows down . It will eventually stop if not cut off!! If this is not the problem remove the drive belt and run the motor 5 minutes or so and see if it runs OK. While the belt is off and motor not running turn the compressor by hand. If it hard to rotate it may be bad. .I have seen both bad motors and pumps from the factory on new units. It's very seldom it happens but can and has.Also look on the fly wheel. Their should be an arrow showing correct rotation. Make sure rotation is correct. since it is 1 ph it should be. If motor or compressor is bad there should be an 800 # on the tank. Give it a call or call your nearest IR distributor.You can also call the 800 # and talk with someone in tech support.
An error in the rotation of the fixing film is detected. The reading of the main thermistor is 100°C or higher and, in addition, the fixing film sensor does not detect the rotation of the film for 6 sec or more while the fixing motor is driven.
Main cause: The fixing film sensor (PS45) is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty.
Caution: To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
