Can I retrieve programs I deleted by mistake from my Sagem digital box

It is a Pvr 6200T Uk

I left the box and went for a walk!!!

About four hours after having freezed an error 09 message came up on the set top display and then everything returned to normal, after an on TV screen message that update had been successful.!?!

No difference in in any operation of the freeview box.

Note to self and other users
DO NOT PRESS OK WHEN ASKED TO UPDATE SET TOP BOX.

Updating the channel tuning does seem to work ok, though I have to vary between where channel 4 can be found - or learn welsh!

I HAVE HAD SAME PROBLEM. I HAVE TWO OF THESE RECORDERS AND ONE IS OK. I SWAPPED THE POWER LEADS FROM THE GOOD ONE TO THE ONE THAT IS NOT WORKING AND IT WORKED SO ALL YOU NEED IS A NEW POWER LEAD FROM SAGEM IN FRANCE.COST £10 PLUS POSTAGE.

The Sagem PVR 6280 is specifically listed as a model which will have problems with the retune. Although the Sagem PVR 6200 and 6200t are not specifically listed as problem models they are very closely related to the 6280/6240 models and share most of the same firmware and software.

Trouble switching on my Sagem 6200T PVR.

I have a similar problem with mine. I find the battteries are loose, I remove the back of the remote, jiggle the batteries and press the button, and it works, until I drop the remote and the batteries loosen again.
