please double check that one of the watch buttons isn't stuck and or constantly pressed down. This would cause the watch to constantly execute the action associated with the pressed button. Thank you.
Go the Fossil website - http://www.fossil.com. There is a link at the bottom of the page, Customer Care. Click on that link. On the left there will be a menu item under Product Info that says "ordering links and bands". There is a paragraph titled "Order Links". There is an 800 number to call and they will send you two links just for shipping or if you need more than 2 links, it's $3 per link.
Go to "fossil.com" and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click on "customer care" and under "product info" you will see "ordering links and bands".
Click on this.
If you are not sure how to fit the new links and they do not send you any instructions, take your watch to a watch shop who will fit them for you.
If it a model which has two buttons on the face, for next and scroll down. in Chrono mode hold down the left button (scroll down button) and it will ask ot clear segments individually or all.
