Is this a new problem? In other words, was it working correctly at some point?
You ned to isolate the problem. Plug a different source into the speakers and plug the mixer into a different amp/speaker. See which part isn't working correctly.. Either way, it's likely you need to take the part that's not working to the shop. You can contact Mackie to find the nearest service center. Service Locator Mackie

That sounds like the amp board died. Mackie parts can be hard to source, and Mackie is really slow to ship, so I suggest taking it to a Mackie authorized service center. Here's a link-

Remove 115V jumper in the Power Supply Unit at secondary side in order to operate Mackie TH-15A Speaker on 230V. Download Schematic Diagram from the below website:

I would spend some time with contact cleaner, apply it to the switch contacts of any 1/4 inch jacks, and all of the connectors to the effects boards- it will entail some disassembly. Check all chassis ground connections you may have one that is a bit loose, broken, or corroded.

OFTEN companies do NOT re-engineer things so one has to use intution as to what the model number thisng might be listed...

You often find modules are identical between units even though the model is labelled differentely.
