SOURCE: Two-Way Radio LI 5650 WXC -> ear bud doesn't work
Did you try plugging in the audio device before turning on the radio? If so, follow this by pressing the PTT on the radio once. It should clear the problem.
SOURCE: Losing sound in my Shure ear buds, they are one year old.
the wire breaks after a while in ear buds ,and head phones due to the constant flexing, and moving.they probably need to be remade.by cutting out the bad part of the wire(usually close to the fitting)You can usually wiggle the wire and find where the breaks are that way.it can be a real pain re soldering ear buds.also check the plug end by wiggling the wire there.

i have this problem too, except it's the left side that doesn't work. i think that's because the copper wire inside broke or is severed partly. there is no way to fix it... just go buy a new one and this time try to kot coil the cords around hour mp3or ipod.

I had same problem. 1 of earphones stopped working. If i turn up volume, some sounds gets through, but then the other earphone would be blasting. Used them running so maybe sweat or earwax clogged them, but the problem didn't start until 1 month after stopped running.
