Inside Diplay not not working

I have Motorola Razr V3 phone from AT&T and suddenly inside display turned white with a black line from top to bottom. I can receive calls and I can also make calls if I know the number but if I have a go to address book I cannot since screen is not working. I have another Razr phone which is not working but screen is good. Can somebody help me in switching screens so that I can make aleast one phone workable. Thanks in advance.

The phone has gotten wet somehow.......

Remove the battery!! Let the phone sit in a warm place for several days. Keep checking once a day or so to see if it will work. Always remove the battery while drying. If after a few days of drying it still is not fucntioning, it's wasted!

Display not working. Am able to make and Receive calls without any issues though.
if the display is white or black ( with no marks on it or 'stains') most probable the flex cable inside (the inside cable that connects the 2 parts of the phone) is broken...it`s a cheap part and easy to replace...but i recommend you a service for this or a person who knows what is doing!

what you may need to do is replaced the flexcable on the phone not the lcd.

i know the water sticker is still white because you didnt get the actual sticker wet... in order to get the sticker to turn red... the sticker has to be wet...!

Motorazor V3 External Display not working
hi racie,
1st i want to tell u that there are 2 types of diplay in flip mobiles like urs. and there are 2 display LCD plates/chips inside it.
One of the LCD plate/chip of the external display is damaged. It is due to hard flipping of the mobiles.
I recommend u to go to mobile technician coz it is a physical problem.

if the black lines u see across the screen looks like leaking ink, then it probly is, suggest u get a replace lcd for your phone

My display outside and inside isnt working for my motorola razr v3
bring it to a technician, and let him know what the new battery and charger did to your normally fine phone. They should be responsible for repairing your phone. No easy fix as described above. Let me know how it works.
