Make sure the wall plug socket is known to work.
Make sure the charger is known to work on another tablet or phone.
Try a different lead.
Try a factory reset, press and hold volume up and power buttons.
Send it in for warranty repair.

There are different versions of the Android operating system.

Could be a hardware issue or try and hard reset the tablet

Hi I would do a ( factory reset ) to clear all the corrupt app's .

Then you must perform a factory reset.

Give it about 2-5 minutes , if that doesn't work try holding the power and volume button until it shows you a reboot option.
