I have melnor 9610 purchaed from home depot about 3 mo ago and it will not oscillate

what is model number. since there are repair parts available for most oscillating sprinklers, they have worn out.

Use CLR or White Vinegar over night, or just buy a new filter cup from Home Depot. It _should_ be removable the same as a washing machine.

Do you have hard water? They operate via a water pressure powered mechanism, either the mechanism is stuck and needs a push, there is insufficient water pressure, or it is clogged with sediment.

The swing button on the unit itself turns on the horizontal oscillation of the louvers. The remote's swing button adjusts the speed of the oscillation. In the fan mode, it lets the Soleus Air Conditioner circulate more air.

Home Depot has the manual for Soleus PH3-12R-03 here: http://www.homedepot.com/catalog/pdfimages/d4/d4382c05-2692-4075-a254-fdcdef6dc1fb.pdf . The buttons are the same across the units.

this happen to me one i just went in bought new fan took the good remote out and gave them back the bad one brought it all back and got my money back.good luck

take them back to home depot they will/should replace them
