you have to call customer care of your service provider(airtel,attnt, and much more ) to receive the configuration setting for your model 7210 supernova like mms , gprs and mail service, just you have to infrom them i need configuration setting for mms or gprs , they will ask your phone model, just tel your phone model they will send setting through msg, r else they can tel manual setting option too.

you can get internet setting by customer care.you should request for configuration setting which is delivered to your phone by customer care.save it.go setting menu>configuration>default config. setting>select your>service provider.go to option>set as default.if customer care provide you manual setting.go to personal config. setting .fill up account name & other details manually.

Nokia 7210 Supernova handset can not access net
My Nokia 7210 Supernova handset can not access internet, though it is working on P.C. as a modem. When I try to open webpage in mobile, it reflects a message "Subscribe packet data first" and "Link not available". Sometimes it says "Connection not available". Tough all settings are installed properly. My service provider is BSNL, UP East Circle (Faizabad district). Please suggest me the solution for this problem so that I can access net from mobile too. -RP Shukla Faizabad

Use Nokia PC Suite to access net on PC. Download PC Suite from 'www.nokia-asia.com', install it on your PC and enjoy surfing. Without PC Suite, Nokia 7210 Supernova does not work for net access on PC, as per my personal experience too.
