My Freemotion TT30 Will not decline. It will calibrate every time I turn it on. But it raises up 2 inches but doesn't decline. The treadmill is older but only has 18 miles on it.
E-mail [email protected] (I found it on the FreeMotion website). I needed one too, and they just send me a response with a pdf file of the manual. Hope that helps!

please RUN the software calibration for easy diagnostic and fix it. Go under the HOOD motor, and see the steps or see the attached steps. God bless you The Steps for Newer
Style Console Calibration:
Locate the calibration area on the rear or
underside of the console (a hole, near the console's center, that goes
through to the electronics board. (This hole should
not have a screw in it.)
Insert a pencil (eraser end), into
the hole and feel around for the cal button (will click when
pressed).
Press the button 2 times (with
the pencil eraser). The first click should show CL11 in the
console, the second click should show CL21.
If the process was done correctly, and
CL21 appears in the console, you are in "calibration mode."
The next few steps consists of pressing buttons on the
console and observing settings. This will not
require any other tools.
Press ENTER. CL22 should display in the
TIME window and (??) in the SPEED
window.
Press ENTER. CL23 should display in the
TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
Press ENTER. CL24 should display in the
TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
Press ENTER. CL25 should
display in the TIME window and (??) in the SPEED window.
Press ENTER. CL26 should
display in the TIME window. You should then see the letter
"E."
Press ENTER. You should see "SS"
or "55" in the console.
Push the STOP/START button. For
safety, at this point, you should step off, or be off, the treadmill.
Push the ENTER button. The walking belt
should start to move, accelerate to maximum speed, then stop on its
own.
When the belt stops, the
incline should self test by raising to its highest incline
position, then lowering back down to its lowest position.
Once the incline test is complete, push
the POWER button 2 times. The unit should shut off and the console
should go completely blank. If this happens, the
treadmill is done calibrating and is ready for use.
If the letter "F" appears in the SPEED or
INCLINE window when the power button is pressed 2 times, the treadmill is
indicating a failure somewhere either in the SPEED or INCLINE (depending
on the window the "F" appeared in). Troubleshooting the failure would be the next step.
Inmediately LUBE the deck belt, this happen because the lack of maintenance schedule, see your instr. manual and follow the steps. 2) Lube the rollers bearing use the wd-40 see the video attached. God bless you
1( ADJUST THE REED SWITCH, clean it, and plug it very well see the diagram 2( adjust the speed sensor, see the diagram, clean it, and tight very well. see the diagram 3( after adjustment RUN the software calibration for diagnose, troubleshooting and fix it. God bless you
1) Lube the machine see the video and use the common sense, this happen because the lack of maintenancae according with the instr. manual. Shut down the machine for to protect the electronic system.

4) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT the board is faulty. see the block diagram.
I have a Proform ZT5 model - had the same incline/decline problem. It needed calibrated. - unplug, turn off, and take the key out - plug machine in - turn switch on - Pres and hold the STOP and SPEED UP button at the same time, while holding them insert the RED KEY - let go of both buttons - press STOP 1 time - pres INCLINE UP 1 time - this should reset it.
The tech on the phone mentioned the importance of turning the maching off, taking the key out, and unplugging after each use. Leaving it plugged in there is still an electrical current running and this can cause more seriouc problems that require a new control panel.
