My mouse won't connect to my window's computer, but it will to my mac computer. At first it tried to install it but now it won't even try or recognize that there is a device attached.

I have tried using different USB ports, I only have two. It's a mac with a duel OS, windows and mac both. Nothing is damaged on the mouse, and it works fine in other computers, just not on mine, window's side. The device has tried to install, but it never got past the first trying to find device bit. I can't find anything with wireless mouse in my downloads folder, or on my OS windows side.

Hi there!
Based on the description, I am going to make a logical leap and guess it's a Apple mouse? Specifically their Magic Mouse?
If that assumption is correct, boot to Windows and then follow this link:
AppleWirelessMouse64 exe
It is the Magic Mouse Driver for Windows 10

If it isn't a Magic Mouse, and is any other kind, feel free to let me know any details you can find on the bottom of the mouse, such as part number, or model number and I can help locate the Windows driver.

Hii, you please check that usb mouse in another machine and if its working good then you need to install a driver from your motherboard cd or from the msi website.

Slmgato: have you tried to delete the old pairing on wmdc?

also to the other users: check the usb charge port on the tilt. Make sure it has not been bent or the pins have not been damaged. My tilt recently was damaged and now i can't charge or sync, but i can buy the replacement port for about 10 bucks and solder it myself.

My gogear does not recognize by my computer what should i do

What should I do if my player is not recognized by my PC?

Reset it. Use a pen tip in the RESET hole on the side of the player.
Connect the player to the PC to see whether the player is recognized.

Faulty USB port, try connecting the player to another USB port (or try another computer).

Is your computer Mac or Windows? eg Mac OS 10.7.2 had issues recognising media players that could be fixed by resetting PRAM.

Install Philips Songbird software and try Repair mode. Note this will delete files on the player.

Restart XP and connect e/hd and it should pick it up. Some systems are plain lazy after a while, so manually install it.

The mouse does not work

Change the batteries. If still a problem, try the mouse on another workstation. If it still doesn't work, it will confirm that the mouse or USB receiver is faulty.

How to set up and use targus wireless computer mouse model#amw26

Under the mouse there should be a usb stick attached to the mouse which most likely should slide out from the mouse. It also appears that the plastic cover behind the two buttons (this cover has targus written on it) Should come off. After you remove the usb stick there might be a button somewhere on the bottom of the mouse that you should be able to press to get the battery cover to pop up. Then you should be able to pull up on the battery cover and remove it from the mouse. This mouse takes two AA batteries. Once the batteries are installed then plug the usb stick into any of the usb ports on the computer. The computer should recognize the drivers for this mouse (if you are using Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or Mac OS X [or higher]). If the drivers are not immediately recognized then restart your computer and the computer should then recognize the mouse. If this still does not happen then let me know. Also there is software that can be downloaded from the Targus website for the tilt wheel as it has some added capabilities that can be set using this software. The link for that software is here ------> http://www.targus.com/us/product_details.asp?sku=AMW26US

I hope this helps, and enjoy that mouse, it looks pretty nice!

I've got one of those. We had problems with it chewing batteries up. You might try another mouse on that computer, and try that mouse on another computer.
