What do I do to change and reset my Apple pad password please ? Urgent I do this shortly if this is possible ?

go online and reset your apple ID password. follow forgot password instructions.

Unsure if this is what you need to do or not.

Firstly, don't post your email addresses publicly. People don't need your email addresses in order to provide you with advice.

As you have stated, you cannot reset your password and have tried your alternate email address already. This is possibly not an issue that you can fix yourself, so you will need to contact Apple and speak with customer support.

You will need to connect to a PC log in to iTunes and factory reset!

Hi you can't change Apple ID the only way is to create new one if you need new password go here Apple ID Support

Login to apple.ca and before you try to login, click on forgot my password.

I did a little searching and i found this simple way of bypassing the password at least temporarily. Just watch this short video.

Hi there.
1. Turn the computer OFF, if it's on.
2. Remove the memory module cover, on the bottom of the computer.
3. Check the configuration of memory modules in the two sockets. It's necessary to have a memory module present in the outermost socket only.

• If there is a memory module in only the outermost socket (the one farthest from the system board), then continue to step 4.
• If there is a memory module in only the innermost socket, move it to the outermost socket.
• If there are memory modules in both sockets, remove them both, then re-insert one of them into the outermost socket.

4. Carefully peel back the black Mylar film. Pull this film to the side enough to expose the B500 solder pads. Do not remove the film completely, because it may be difficult to re-attach it correctly.
5. Short the B500 solder pads on the system board. Needle-nose pliers or a flat-blade screwdriver works well to short them.
6. While continuing to short-circuit the solder pads, turn the computer on, and continue shorting the pads until the Toshiba Logo Screen appears. then remove the short.
7. Re-position the Mylar film over the system board.
8. If you removed a memory module, turn the computer OFF, then re-insert it.
9. Re-attach the memory slot cover.
10. turn on computer, if it boot password has been removed.
