If your Navman GPS device has frozen on the main screen, you may be able to resolve the issue by resetting the device. Here are a few steps you can try to reset your Navman GPS device:
Press and hold the power button on the device for about 10 seconds until it turns off.
Disconnect the device from the power source and remove any batteries or memory cards.
Wait for a few minutes, then reinsert the batteries or memory cards and reconnect the device to the power source.
Press the power button to turn the device back on.
If the device does not turn on or the issue persists after resetting the device, it is possible that there may be a more serious problem with the device. In this case, you may want to consider seeking assistance from Navman customer support or a professional repair service.
It is also a good idea to regularly update the software and maps on your Navman GPS device to ensure that it is functioning properly and has the most up-to-date information available. You need to go to My Computer, Program Files, Navman, Find the USB folder... that is where your drivers are...soo....
STEP 2:
Go to device manager (Windows Key and Pause Break then hardware tab), at the bottom is your USB's - find the one with the yellow "?" and right click, properties.. driver, update driver. Use the location of step one for the driver update...easy... -->
