Puzzling. Unless you opened up a second account, one would expect you to have changed the original password by clicking a "forgotten password" link. Such a link would have sent your email a new password for the old account --unless it specifically designated it will not do such and you have to get a new account. I suspect you have two accounts and if so, you may yet have the ability to use the "forgotten password" route and gain access to the coupon. After which, possible whatever business entity is connected with this card may have a way to combine the points for the two accounts. Customer service might inform you of whether that was a possiblity.

If you no longer have access to your old email account you will need to work this out with the provider of the coupons. If it is something that you signed up for online, and have an account for, log into that service and update your email to the new one.
