I could copy my handbook of the Users Guide for a Rangemaster 110 Gas appliance if you wish and send it on to you, if that would help.

unfortunately, the user manual for your Leisure Roma 50 Electric Cooker is not available anywhere online. The manufacturers of this product did not make it available. I went further searching and couldn't find any.
I would suggest you contact the manufacturer of your Leisure Roma 50 Electric Cooker via phone or e-mail and request for the manual from them. They might give it to you or direct you to a dealer where you can get the user manual.
This is the best you can do to get the manual you are requesting for.

It can be due to break in the wiring to the ignitor pods , a short in the electrode or a possible malfunction on the circuit/ trigger switch. All this requires that you need to isolate the sections one by one to confirm. detach the HT lead to the electrode and if there is high voltage check on the fittings of the electrode/insulation. If the HT is absent then check the trigger switch and circuit.
