Hi sir, my name is kate, im really want to buy a fossil watch online but im not sure if its fake or not. they said that the warranty is not on fossil because it is outside the us. i live in philippines....

many watch sold online has no warranty on outside the u.s. because many of them carries many watch brand not only fossil itself. but if the warranty is your only problem, forget about it. in the phillippines you can find many service center which can repair your watch at a low price. where is your location in the phillippines so that i can give you the addresses of the sevice centers. it is fake or not? the watches sold online is not fake. there are some selling imitation watches but not fossil. last year my friend bought a fossil online, i have checked it, i found it is genuine. he ordered again casio brand it is genuine too. but if you are not really sure about it. just buy on the mall in the phillppines L-time studio carries fossil and they have fossil stores. that you can choose comfortably without the thinking that it may be a fake watch. ok na? i hope I had been helped you.

Second hand doesnt move. The ''stop watch'' second hand moves instead of the ''main'' second hand. also the stopwatch feature doesn't work. My watch is a Fossil Blue Titanium model TI-5071

Sounds like a job for Fossil!

Go to their web site "www.fossil.com" and at the bottom of their page is a menu which includes "store locator".
