Our Nokia 6103's camera keeps turning itself on and taking it's own pictures, even while we are on the phone. How do we stop this?

It looks like your 'take picture' knob or sensor underneath has got short-circuited. Try carefully remove back cover, release the camera button and air push everything out

perform these steps
1.Try restoring the factory settings. and check. 2. Camera module connector - Whether its perfectly fixed to the board or not. 3. If the 2 step is OK and you still getting the same error - You may need to change the camera module.

just reload the software of your phone most probably it ll be fixed if not then u contact me again i ll give details of which hardware is defective

I’m surprised that instead of getting a response to my question posted yesterday in your Forum I’m getting an offer to switch to your Premium Assistance Plan.
Nevertheless, I partially solved the problem. I found out that I need just the small outer LCD for Nokia 6103. I already found it on eBay.

But the main question remains:
I need instructions, manual or pictures how to replace a broken outer Mini Display for Nokia 6103.
